Industrial security certificates
As of July 2024, ENERGOPROJEKT-KATOWICE SA has fulfilled all requirements related to the possibility of processing classified information with a restricted clause in the full scope and with a limited scope for classified information with a secret clause, as well as having a secret office.
ENERGOPROJEKT-KATOWICE SA holds the following industrial security certificates (Act on the Protection of Classified Information of August 5, 2010, Journal of Laws no. 2024, item 632):
Secret
Second level industrial security certificate for the protection of classified information up to the level: Secret.
Secret UE/EU secret
Second level industrial security certificate for the protection of information classified as EU secret.
NATO secret
Second-level industrial security certificate for the protection of North Atlantic Treaty Organization classified information up to NATO Secret level.
